In observance of Vigilance Awareness Week 2025, ICAR-CIFRI, focusing on the theme area "Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility. A drawing competition was organised on 28th October 2024 among the CIFRI staff aimed at promoting awareness about the impact of corruption on society and encouraging ways to report it. Director ICAR-CIFRI Dr. Basanta Kumar Das, encouraged all the members of ICAR-CIFRI family to participate. The event saw enthusiastic participation from our staff (14 Nos.), showcasing their creativity and commitment to the theme. The drawing competition was centred around the theme: “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility.” The initiative was not only a platform for artistic expression but also a means to engage staff in meaningful dialogue which emphasizes the collective role of individuals and organizations in promoting integrity, accountability, and transparency. The event was coordinated by Dr. Dhruba Jyoti Sarkar, Dr. Pritijyoti Majhi, and Ms. Sadrupa Bhwumik, whose efforts ensured the success of the program. Staff members displayed their insights and creativity through various artworks that highlighted the significant consequences of corruption and the importance of vigilance. We commend all participants for their valuable contributions and for embodying the spirit of integrity during this important week.
