ICAR-Central Inland Fisheries has received Original Certificate of Registration of Design for
two technologies namely “CAGE CULTURE STRUCTURE FOR FISH PRODUCTION”
and “TISSUE EMBEDDING MACHINE” in the name of INDIAN COUNCIL OF
AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH.
The technology “CAGE CULTURE STRUCTURE FOR FISH PRODUCTION” Registration Design No. 288749 was registered under Class 30-02 on 21 st November 2016 and the original design certificate was granted on 1 st January 2018 by The Patent Office, Kolkata.
The technology “Tissue Embedding Machine” Registration Design No. 290014 was registered under Class 24-01 on 12 th January 2017 and the original design certificate was granted on 10 th January 2018 by The Patent Office, Kolkata.
In view of the grant of registration, the copyright of the design will subsist for ten years from the date of registration.
